Offering jobs to the jobless youths will play a great role in the diminish of the vice. The jobless will thus have a source of their livelihood and hence have negligible thoughts of possessing someone elseà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s goods. This as well offers a channel through which the excess energy by the youths may be drained, keeping them busy and thus preventing theft because of the ene rgy they have.Subsequently, the property owners also have a role to play in stopping of this menace.
